Solutions / Chains & franchises

Scale every brand, every franchisee, every region.

For multi-brand groups, regional franchise owners and international chains.

Chain operations are an alignment problem disguised as a software problem. Dasvio gives head office central control over menu, pricing and brand consistency — while letting each franchisee run their own P&L, comply with local tax rules and override exactly what the local market genuinely needs.

A day in service

In a chain the day is measured by scope, not by the clock.

  1. Head office

    The master menu publishes

Price and product changes leave from one place, and which branch overrode what stays flagged in the dashboard.

  2. Region

    Tiers take over

Airport, city and suburban groups each run their own price tier — no spreadsheet is maintained.

  3. Branch

    Permissions follow scope

A franchisee sees only their own branches; the role's scope narrows the data on its own.

  4. Launch

    A new city clones

A new branch is born as a copy of an existing one, with the device fleet and local tax rules ready.

The challenge

What actually breaks in chains & franchises.

01

Master menu, branch reality

Head office publishes the master. Each branch overrides exactly what the local market needs — without breaking brand consistency.

In Dasvio

Head office publishes the master menu and a branch overrides only the cell it diverges on — and that cell stays flagged in its own colour, so nobody has to guess where a price came from.

02

Regional pricing without spreadsheets

A premium airport tier, a standard city tier, a discounted suburban tier. Group your branches, set the tier rules, let prices fall into place.

In Dasvio

Branches bind to groups and groups to price tiers; the difference between an airport and a suburb is a rule rather than a spreadsheet somebody maintains.

  • Price tiers by branch group
  • Overrides flagged apart from the master
  • Local tax rules bound to the branch
03

Franchise reporting at the right grain

The owner sees the portfolio, the franchisee sees their own P&L, operations sees the network. Same data, scoped views.

In Dasvio

The same data opens at a different scope per role: a franchisee sees only their own branches and head office sees the whole portfolio — without producing two separate reports.

14-day launches across regions

Open in a new city in two weeks. Cloned setup, local tax rules, local language, local platforms — all preconfigured.

In Dasvio

A new branch is born as a copy of an existing one: menu, price tier, permissions and device setup all clone, so nothing is configured from scratch.

FAQ

Common questions about chains & franchises.

Can I run the menu centrally and still allow branch exceptions?

Yes, and it does not mean maintaining two menus. Head office publishes the master; a branch overrides only the cell it diverges on, and that cell stays flagged in a different colour from the master. Whether a price came from head office or the branch is therefore always visible.

Can prices differ by region?

Branches bind to groups and groups bind to price tiers — a premium airport tier, a standard city tier, a discounted suburban tier. Because the difference is a rule rather than a maintained spreadsheet, a newly opened branch gets the right price on its own.

Can a franchisee see only their own branches?

Yes. Permissions are bound to role and scope: a franchisee sees only their own branches' data while head office sees the whole portfolio. Because the same data opens at different scopes, there is no need to produce two separate reports.

Is a new branch set up from scratch?

No. A new branch is born as a copy of an existing one: menu, price tier, permission sets and device setup all clone. Local tax rules and platform connections are bound to the branch, so the region-specific part arrives ready too.
