With Dasvio POS it runs in the same panel: the menu has one source and an order placed at the table lands straight on the check. On a different POS you can import your menu and run the QR menu on its own — we will look at what an integration would need with you.
Who generates the table QR codes?
The panel does. Each table gets its own code matched to its number, downloadable print-ready, and we prepare them for you during setup. Add a table later and you pull its code from the panel — existing codes never change.
What happens to the menu if the internet drops?
The menu opens in the guest's browser, so it needs their connection rather than the venue's — mobile data works. Ordering from the table does need to be online: the menu keeps rendering, and the order sends once the connection is back.
Is the QR menu GDPR/KVKK compliant?
Yes. Viewing the menu requires no sign-up, phone number or personal data at all. When a guest orders from the table, the data processed is the order itself; the privacy notice and retention periods are managed from the panel.
