Scheduling

At 11:00, nobody changes the screen.

A schedule binds a playlist to a start time, an end time and the days of the week. When the hour comes the screen swaps its own content; if two schedules cover the same moment, the higher priority is the one that plays.

  • Start and end time, selected days of the week
  • A priority number resolves overlapping schedules
  • A schedule is bound to a branch or to a single screen

Customer display

The till's second screen faces the guest.

Items drop into the list as they are rung up, the screen says payment is awaited while the card is being read, and it shows success or failure once the result arrives. The idle screen carries your logo, your welcome line and the clock, and your ad images rotate through it.

  • Five states: idle, cart, awaiting payment, success, failure
  • Your own theme across seven colour fields, with your logo
  • Ad images rotate on the idle screen at the interval you set
Across the day

Drag the hour and watch what the screen shows.

The same screen is a breakfast menu in the morning, a promotion at noon and the main menu in the evening. Once your schedules are set you see the whole day on one line — which content is live at which hour is read straight off it.

Publish → acknowledged

You can see from the panel that it actually reached the screen.

The panel keeps three separate version numbers: the one you edited, the one you published, and the one the screen confirmed. A screen stays amber in the list until it confirms — and an offline screen cannot confirm, which is precisely why the acknowledged number is kept apart from the published one.

config_version
What you edited in the panel. The screens do not see it until you publish.
published_config_version
The version pushed to the screens when you press publish.
acked_config_version
The version the screen said it took. Delivery is this number catching up with the published one.

Acknowledged version: 0/4 screens

The playlist changed; the version all four screens acknowledge is still the old one. The list is amber because the panel compares what it knows against what each screen knows.

Capabilities

Everything Digital Signage ships with, end to end.

Screen management sits in one panel: which device is online, which media plays in which order, which schedule takes over when, and what the second screen at the till is showing.

Everything the panel runs

Four tabs, four jobs: devices, media and playlists, schedules, and the customer display.

Screen fleet

Every screen's status, code and current content in one table — a display that drops offline shows immediately.

Playlists & media

Order images and video by drag and drop, and set the default playlist in one click.

Scheduling

Day and hour programmes switch the content on their own; priority settles anything that overlaps.

Customer display

The second screen at the till mirrors the order lines and the total to the guest, live.
