One check, four stations

You decide when the ticket leaves.

Three items have gone onto the table. When those items reach the kitchen is a setting — the moment they are added, when the next one is added, when the waiter sends them, or after payment is taken. Change the setting and watch what the station board sees at that same moment.

All three went the moment they were added: the food to the kitchen printer, the cocktail to the bar. The receipt printer is waiting for payment.

Routing

The most specific rule decides where a ticket prints.

You can write a rule at four levels for the same product. The till resolves the rules it has cached on the device — which is why printing survives an outage — and applies the most specific one. Pick a revenue centre and it narrows the scope to that.

The floor

You do not have to tap a table to read it.

An occupied table is filled with its colour, and the colour comes from how long it has been waiting. A glance across the room says which table is running late, how long it has been open and how much has built up on it.

An empty table is an outline only; a reserved one fills blue.

  1. Section stripThe 3px strip along the top names the table's section; the colour is derived from the section name.
  2. ElapsedCounts from the moment the check was opened: 45dk, 1s 15dk.
  3. Open amountWhat the check on that table stands at right now.
  4. Urgency0–30 min, 30–60, 60–90, over 90 — four steps, four colours.
Capabilities

Everything Restaurant POS System ships with, end to end.

Everything that happens at the till across one shift — from pairing a device to closing the day.

The shift on the floor

Opening a table, firing to the kitchen, splitting the bill and taking payment.

A table never locks the POS

Leave a payment half-finished, move to another table, come back. The flow resumes where you left it. Servers move faster, queues never form.

Smart kitchen routing

Pizza to the oven, salad to prep, cocktails to the bar. A rule is written on a product, a subcategory or a category — the most specific one wins, and a catch-all takes the rest.

Flexible bill splitting

Split evenly, pay-for-what-you-ate, or enter a free amount. Three methods, zero mistakes. Operationally flawless.

A dropped link does not stop payment

The payment terminal runs offline: the menu is cached on the device, the check opens on an offline number series, and once the link is back the records replay to head office in order — with no duplicates.

Combos & upsell

Suggest frequently ordered combinations automatically. Raise your average basket without any extra effort.

Shifts & PIN system

Assign every staff member a PIN and set their permissions. Access closes automatically outside working hours. Who did what — every action is on record.

The setup behind the till

Devices, printers, staff permissions and the end of day.

Pair a terminal with a QR

Pick the provider, enter the serial, scan the expiring QR on screen — the terminal joins the business. Works with Pavo, Beko, KPay, PAX and Ingenico.

Central device control

Every branch's devices in one dashboard. Online/offline state, version and last activity are live. Something wrong? Shut it down remotely in one tap.

Network-independent sync

Devices don't have to share a WiFi network. They sync through the cloud in milliseconds. LAN setup, switches and cabling disappear entirely.

End-of-day Z report

Close the day from the panel: payment-method split, void and refund rates, a printable Z report. The cash drawer opens from the POS, and who may open it is a policy setting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a restaurant POS system?

The software that runs tables, orders and bills digitally. Dasvio POS covers opening a table, taking the order, printing to the kitchen, splitting the bill and closing the day in one dashboard — everything the paper pad did, without losing a line and fully reportable.

Which hardware does Dasvio POS work with?

Every major hardware brand. It runs on Android tablets and terminals. The payment terminal joins the business through an expiring QR; receipt and kitchen printers are added by scanning the network or pairing from the panel — network printer, USB, or the device's own printer. There is no proprietary hardware requirement — start with the devices you already own.

Does it keep selling if the internet drops?

Payment does. The payment terminal is built to run offline: the menu is cached on the device, the check opens on an offline number series, and when the link returns the records replay to head office in order. The cashier tablet works against the cloud; on the printing side the queue and the routing rules live on the device, so kitchen and receipt printing carry on through an outage.

How much does a restaurant POS cost?

Dasvio plans start at $49/mo for single-location businesses; Pro is $129/mo for 2-10 branches. Every plan is listed transparently on the pricing page — there are no hidden setup fees.

How long does setup take?

Adding a terminal takes as long as scanning a QR; with menu migration and staff training included, the average business goes live in 14 days, with the support team alongside throughout.

How many branches can I run on it?

The same dashboard runs a single location and 1,000+ branch chains. For multi-branch operations, the central master menu, per-branch pricing and consolidated reporting take over.
